Can anyone point me to a Photoshop template of the buttons which appear on this site? http://www.kennonsoft.com/community/index.html
There are lots of tutorials for this style out there on the web. The terms usually associated with this style are "aqua" and "plastic". Here are two more tutorials I had bookmarked:
