Solve this anagramish puzzle

I have come into possession of some cool metal letters from an outdoor sign. I also have a nice barn wood wall in my garage that you face when you pull in. If you guys can come up with something entertaining to spell, I could put it on my wall. I tried using online anagram thingies but couldn't find one that could deal with this many letters at once. Extended options are available if you are willing to modify the letters or use outside intended roles. This works fine for some typefaces but fails badly for others. Things like use w as m, n for u, or snip t to make more l, snip a y to get v. You could also probably make decent punctuation out of unused letters, or swap i for !. That allows things like:
‘Hi hello!’, or ‘you here’

I used the internet anagram server. Try removing a couple of T's to get to the 26 char limit, and specify a few words you want it to include...you should be able to come up with some good ones!

Or, remove a T, H, and E.

can the n and the w be rotated to c and m respectively to spell 'welcome'? (or if it looks out of place, is it in a charming way?)
'Hiya matey!' (i for !) and 'house that way/house thataway' (n for u), 'wet snout alert' (I mostly associate your handle with posts about dogs) might also be options in the same vein.

I took out the word "any" and used I, Rearrangement Servant with max words set to 4 to cut down on the number of candidates.
