Adding transparent Pantone swatch to InDesign

I need to add Pantone Transparent White to my InDesign swatches in order to create a swatch for a custom Pantone. I guess I could hack round it but would like he swatch to be accurate if possible. I can't see Transparent White in the built-in Pantone swatches available. Do you know if it's possible to add it?

If this is intended to be a spot color for a file you're sending to a printer, just add a new spot color swatch, make it a pretty light color (so you can still see it), and name it Transparent White. It doesn't matter what color it looks like in the document, as it's just an ink your printer will use. Make sure to communicate to your printer that you're providing it as a spot color in the document. If it's intended to underprint other items, make sure they are set to overprint. If you need a version of the file to actually look like the ink is a transparent white, you can create a swatch that is 100% white, put those items on top, and adjust their transparency. This would be for viewing/sharing only, not for actual printing.
