Recommendations for wiki software?

I’d like to set up a self-hosted wiki for personal notekeeping. Good mobile support is a must (either mobile web or a decent app that can point to my server). Can anyone recommend good wiki software to use?

I’m an experienced Linux admin, it’s just been about 8 years since I set up a wiki specifically, and I’m sure some things have changed. :)

Bonus points for TOTP two-factor auth support.

Best answer: Dokuwiki is very easy to setup because it stores pages in flat files (not a separate database with its own setup and admin complexities). I use it for my own notekeeping. The default theme is responsive and should work fine on a mobile web browser. It appears to have a TOTP plugin, though I haven't used that myself.

I like tiddlywiki quite a lot. I haven't used it from a phone though.

I've used PmWIki for a long time. It's pretty easy to get going.

If you use MediaWiki be aware that it's default install is wide open to the public and that spammers will find it within minutes and start adding anonymous ads for ED drugs so read the bits about limiting access before you go live.

I used to use Voodoo Pad. Literally a decade ago so I can't speak to their new owners, but might be worth taking for a spin. Not sure about mobile.
