DWQA plugin for WordPress: how to approve an anonymous question

Mom-type here, trying to admin a WP website: it's set up with manual approval required for anonymous questions (that box in settings is checked). The new question comes to my email, but what is the process I go through to approve it? The "pending questions" shows zero; it doesn't work for me to click "submit"; "edit" is irrelevant. What am I missing?

Response by poster: Apologies; never mind, I found it (Dashboard, Questions, Edit, Publish). I must have taken the wrong path to Edit earlier.
