BonerFilter: Anyone know where I can get Kamagra in the US?

I've been recently put on an antidepressant. I guess one of the side effects of it is effecting my libido. Someone told me about Kamagra and told me it was fairly cheap. I've seen it on sites overseas like the UK, but would rather get it from some place in the US. Can someone point me in the right direction?

This is the same thing as Viagra. Why don't you just go to your doctor and get a prescription?

It appears to be exactly the same as Viagra -- Sildenafil citrate. Probably the simplest and safest course of action would be to ask your doctor for a Viagra prescription.

Signup for a hotmail account, post the address somewhere, anywhere on the net and the places to get *gra will come flowing right into your inbox.

on a more serious note: ask your doctor

It will give you a boner but it's not intended to affect your libido.

Libido≠boners.

Libido is how much you desire to have sex.

Boners are how much you can perform the act.

FWIW, deeman, I find that a little toke helps both. AFAIK, the UK is pretty slack on marijuana laws, so you might find this is a great solution versus taking manufactured chemicals that haven't been adequately studied.

As some have mentioned, diminished libido and erectile dysfunction are not the same thing, so taking an ED medication won't necessarily help a depressed libido. It might just give you an erection that you don't have the desire to relieve, which sounds like a recipe for disaster. However, some research has indicated that sildenafil can help with treatment-emergent sexual dysfunction.

If you don't want to try Viagra, there are other options. First, if you are actually experiencing reduced libido (and it's not clear if you are suffering from this side effect or just worried that you might), ask your doctor to adjust your medication. Some antidepressants are better than others. I was put on Wellbutrin XL (bupropion HCl) for a while, and it did not have this side effect (although it did exacerbate an existing essential tremor, but that's another issue).

If this is recent, you may want to give it some time. Depression itself can also reduce libido (doctors try to distinguish between sexual dysfunction associated with depression, treatment-emergent SD and preexisting SD exacerbated by treatment), and the antidepressant needs time to get up to a therapeutic dose in your system. Finally, there has been some research that indicates Gingko Biloba (see earlier link) can help with antidepressant-related libido issues, so you may want to try that.
