Indie video on no budget

I recorded a song called “21 Elephants” (about Jumbo the elephant crossing the Brooklyn Bridge). I would like to release a video for it during the Women’s March Madness tournament. The friend I hired to do this had to leave the project on short notice. Help?

Since finding an animator to work on an involved project like this with six weeks’ notice would be expensive, I’d like to do a lyrics video. I know lyrics videos have been creative and interesting, but I’m not sure how to balance the ambitious narrative with something simpler and easier to do on short notice. What are some ways I can make an effective lyrics video, given these circumstances?
