How to get Appraise and Insurance for Chinese Stamp and Coin collection

My father has a collection of Chinese stamps from early 20th century and a quantity of old coins from the same period. According to the prices for some of these stamps on Chinese websites like Taobao.com, they can be pretty valuable. I want to find the best way to get insurance for them. We live in Oregon. Since these are Chinese stamps and coins, I am afraid not many in America would be able to appraise them right. What the best way to get them appraised and get the right insurance for them?
