Finding Open New York Cellar Doors

I have made an idle hobby out of photographing open cellar doors in New York City. What neighborhood in New York and at what time could I go to get the most bang for my buck?
Mostly I capture shots on the way to work, but I'm depleting my resources!

LES / East Village?
Specifically:
- Clinton street between Delancey and Houston
- Avenues A and B between Houston and Tompkins Square Park
Unsure of the best moment to go -- 9-10am during what seemed to be delivery times?

Seconding early mornings at delivery times (you might have to go earlier than 9-10, I think, though -- even if you're ahead of the delivery guys, wandering around at 6am or so while everyone slowly comes awake is a magical thing.
Also definitely seconding LES & East Village, and areas in and around Chinatown and Little Italy. Those will be more of the 'romantic' looking ones you'd want, anyway.
