Online Memorial tool?

Have you used an online Memorial tool to put together a memorial for a loved one?
Father in law passed away, and people live too far to attend a memorial service. Have you managed or "attended" a strictly online memorial? Do you have any ideas for such a thing?
Considerations:
He was an artist and a writer, so there are many pictures, stories and videos to share with folks.
Would it be best to just launch a Wordpress page for him, or are there better tools out there for those lower on the tech-savvy scale (or those who don't want to manage a site long-term)?
Thanks!

virtual memorials is easy to use; i made one for my late wife with very little trouble. you can add photos, songs to individual pages as you create, etc.
