Ted Talks for LGBT Lunch and Learn

Please share with me 5-15 minute videos (TED Talks etc) of presentations on LGBTQ topics that my office's diversity team can use as a topic at a Lunch and Learn series

My company frequently hosts Ted Talk Lunch and Learns on to build conversation and promote networking. Our Pride Team would like to follow in that style during Pride Month next month.

Typically the format is 10 minute introduction, 15 minute video, 20 minute table conversation, 15 minute room conversation.

I would love to get recommendations for any videos that you find worthy of conversation in an office setting, related to LGBTQ topics. TED is OK but any other presentations are welcome, too!

I was thinking Julia Serano would be good. I found a 15 minute video of her reading from her book Excluded: Making Feminist and Queer Movements More Inclusive.

Kenji Yoshino's book Covering is really good - it looks like there are some videos of him speaking, like Conversion, Passing, Covering—The Stages of the Gay Rights or Diversity Does Not Mean Having to Choose Between Identity and Inclusion
