How can I find out the author/title of this Transformers doujinshi?

Found some images from a Transformers doujinshi for the Starscream x Skyfire/Jetfire pairing, but need help identifying the title and author.

I came across the following images that seem to be from a Transformers doujinshi for the Starscream x Skyfire/Jetfire pairing:

[Image 4 is NSFW and Image 7 includes an afterword.]

1 2 3 4 5 6 7

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe this is a scanlation where someone has pasted the English translation on top of the original Japanese text.

I can't find any information about who created this or what the title is. The real information I have is that the afterword seems to indicate (I don't speak Japanese) that it's from October 2008. It looks like there isn't a way to message Photobucket users, so I can't get in touch with the person who posted the images.

The only other clue I have is that I found the images linked to in a series of posts from a now-inactive Tumblr account - the first post (here) is titled "Copy of a Rain Storm," so I was wondering if that could be the title or some other piece of relevant information. I've tried searching for that title and I didn't find anything, but this could well be down to my extremely limited knowledge of Japanese.

Can anyone help me track down this doujinshi? Alternatively, I'd also be very interested in tips on where I might go to ask about this if not - for instance, are there forums I should post this in?

Anon because of NSFW aspect.

I tried really hard to find this.

The most I can get is that the afterward was written by an artist named 鳥 (tori); and searching that name with the year and TF, I get this anthology. Unfortunately, it looks like it was drawn/distributed at an オンリー ("only"), which are itty bitty comiket-like gatherings that are usually for one series or pair. Getting an actual copy of this manga would be impossibly difficult unless you knew someone who could make a copy.

If it was part of that anthology linked above, it was from the Spring 2008 gathering of トランスファンケット (Transfunket) (current Twitter) (defunt? webpage) For reference only, I would't expect them to have a copy to sell or be able to help with this. They tend to be closed-knit fan groups.

The tumblr you linked mentioned it was a submission, and searching their name I get a blog that talks about "Transformers, Japanese stuff, comics stuff," which sounds like the right person. I would try contacting them, perhaps? If they were the one who translated it, they could still have the scanned copy.

I realize now that I had the dates mixed up; Spring 2008 (anthology) is obviously earlier than October 2008 (doujinshi afterword), sorry! I would still try and contact the tumblr user
