What's a good word to use when you need to co-adjust two components?

For example: the business processes need to change to so that you can take advantage of new technologies, but the technologies need to be tweaked to support the business process. Thus one might offer "a service that specializes in *co-adapting* the business process and the new technologies." What's a better word than "co-adapting" or a better way to phrase this without lengthening the sentence?

synergizing

Alternatively, "a service that specializes in optimizing the business process with the new technologies"

This is called "integration" in some contexts, particulary between technology and business processes.

I might say "harmonizing the business process with the new technologies" (note the second changed word).

I like harmonizing, although my first thoughts were "tuning" or "optimizing."

Optimizing feels the most obvious, but is sadly a buzzword. Harmonizing has lovely connotations. I like it a lot. Good idea, Johnny Assay.

This is more words, but: "a service that adapts business processes and new technologies together for a more successful fit"?
