What brand is this drink powder?

At home we add drink flavor packets to pitchers of water, and this one is a really good but random packet. We don't know where it came from; it was just stuffed into our jar of misc water flavorers. Can anyone recognize it/tell us where to buy it?

I used to buy Safeway's house brand, Refreshe, and those are the exact packets that were inside. I haven't seen it on the shelves at Safeway for quite a while, but it's possible—maybe even likely—that it's also sold as the house brand of other grocery stores.
