Where can I safely park a work trailer in SF?

My (small) SF tech company is purchasing a trailer to be our mobile lab for field testing. We don't have anywhere in our building that we can store it, so we have to park it somewhere else. Our office is in the Mission and parking anything of perceived value on the street is not a good idea. Where can we park it?
Open to renting a private garage, some secure commercial garage, and any other creative ideas. It's a 15 ft trailer, opaque locking sides, but it does have solar panels on the top. We don't need regular access to it - we'd need to go pick it up and use it a few hours a way for a week or two at a time, so something that's not right next door to our office is fine, but we'd love to spend less than 30 minutes acquiring it when it is time to take it somewhere. Wherever it's parked needs to have enough clearance for our Sprinter van to get in, which is pretty tall.

Would a location in Martinez be workable for you? If so email me at address in my profile.
