Help my identify a punk song I pulled off a college radio station

What I remember - driving guitar and a few snippets of lyrics. "You say I've got no brain in me head, (something) "I wear my shoes on the wrong feet, put my shirt on back to front" "Algebraic equations, I can do by the score. Cosines, tangents, logs and roots (something)"

Yeah, odd stuff pulled off a St Louis college radio station late at night on the cheapest blank cassette tapes money could buy. And now I'd love to have a better copy (or even know where my crappy copy is) and can't seem to find it. I'm usually pretty Google savvy but none of these phrase or any combination of key words or anything is getting me any meaningful hits.
