Hero, come and get your love: The Playlist

I need songs like Redbone's Come and get your love or like the song I need a hero.

Answers with links to the video will be automatically best answered. If you think it fits, post it. If you think I won't get why you are suggesting it, feel free to 'splain (or explain, if you didn't grow up in the Deep South). Songs with a single line that seems to fit are very welcome.

Thanks!

By "I need a hero" do you mean "Holding Out for a Hero" from the movie Footloose?

Is the idea that the tracklist will itself be a poem of titles?

Can you elaborate on what sort of theme you're going for? Is it the lyrics, theme, musical style?

Response by poster: No, not making a poem of titles.

I am interested mostly in the lyrics. I am looking for songs that say something like "Come get me" or "Rescue me" or "Right here is your love."

Best answer: Madonna - Rescue Me

You may also find some gems amongst the James Bond themes. Specifically, I 'm thinking Nobody Does it Better ,For Your Eyes Only, and Moonraker maybe Goldeneye (more hero worship than, hey hero, I'm yours).

Circling back to Madonna (b/c why would you not?) - He's a Man
