Looking for Smart On-Off-On switch that will work with Google Home

I'm looking for a smart On-Off-On switch and/or a timer switch that will work with Google Home. I have a whole house fan that is controlled by two physical switches. One to set the speed of the fan to High, Off , or Low, and a second timer switch for 4 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour or locked on. I'd like to be able to turn the fan on with Google Home and/or via If This Then That.

The ideal would be to be able to say something like "OK Google Turn the fan on High", and then it would stay on until I turned it off, so I'm thinking the On-Off-On switch would be best, but it is also possible to just leave the fan in the on high position and use the timer to turn it on, for instance "OK Google Turn the fan on for 2 hours."

The fan is a Quiet Cool 4800 CFM if that matters at all.

Also interested in finding a few 3 way switches that could control LED recessed lights by Google Home as well.

Finally, I'm not sure that my switches have neutral wires, but most of the switches I have seen require that. How easy or hard is it to wire those into the system?

Google Home is pretty limited in this area right now. I belive Smart Things is the only way to get light switches (or similar) supported by Google Home today. I'm sure more will come in the future.

I'm not familiar with that fan or its controls, so it's hard to say whether the Smart Things devices would be compatible or not. The speed control sounds like it might be somewhat specialized, so I'm not sure if an off-the-shelf switch could replace it. I did a quick google of "smart things quietcool" and "smart things whole house fan" and found a few threads discussing it. Maybe take a look at those.
