I want to teach English to adults abroad.
I have a Master’s Degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and about two years of experience teaching ESL in the US to adults.
The big issue I’m finding as I’m looking is that a lot of jobs to be geared towards people who don’t have the qualifications or experience I do.
I want to teach English to adults abroad. Ideally, I’d love to teach in Latin America, but I’m willing to entertain other possibilities.

How do I find a job that suits my education level (MA in TESOL) and experience (Two years teaching adults, 3 years writing and editing Business English curriculum for an international education company)?
More specifically:
1) Should I be looking at recruiters? If so, who’s reputable?
A lot of the recruiting sites I’ve found seem geared towards people who have little certification or experience teaching. That’s not me. They also seem to be promoting that involve teaching kids. I don’t want to teach kids.
2) Other than Dave’s ESL Cafe and the TESOL.org career site, where else should I be looking for higher level international teaching jobs?
3) Other than Dave’s ESL Cafe and this wonderful source right here, are there any other forums/resources out where I can get some questions answered and additional information?
Thanks

This sounds more like a service that you should offer via your own boutique company. Direct it at executives and the like who want a higher level of instruction aimed specifically at their needs. Do you know people in Latin America who can introduce you to the right clients?

The University of Sydney has a large ESL centre and was recently (still?) hiring similarly experienced people to teach high level academic and business English. Maybe get in touch, if not for the job maybe for other leads. I think I have a copy of the job description, memail me if you want it.

tefl.com has a few jobs, although they may be centered around Europe.
If you're considering living in an Eastern Asian country or the Middle East, look for local invigilation/proctoring with IELTS, TOEIC, or TOEFL. IELTS is big in China, but TOEIC and TOEFL are more popular in Japan. IELTS is also pretty big in most of the Middle East. You can get jobs doing other things with IELTS or other exam companies too. Most of the people taking those exams are adults, and as such, you'd be teaching adults.
Don't forget the The British Council either, since they have jobs all over.
