NYC driving school

Have permit; need instructor. I am a total beginner. I no longer know anybody locally with a car who can teach me, so where's a good driving school for adults that can get me through the test, ideally located in Brooklyn or Queens?

Response by poster: OK, since it's been almost 24 hours, let's broaden the search to the tri-state area. If I have to take a train to learn to drive, so be it.

My late wife highly recommended Aubrey of Drivetrain Driving School. She never learned to drive until she was in her 30s, but Aubrey helped her pass the test.
