Depression/Anxiety help in Cleveland

Depression/Anxiety help in Cleveland. Looking for a doctor/therapist/counselor to help my daughter deal with the return of her old nemesis.
It's been a few years, and when she tried to contact her old therapist, the woman was gone. She called her insurance help line (Anthem) and the service rep gave her a list of local providers. When she called, they were either not taking new patients, or no longer affiliated with Anthem. She's been calling sources out of the phone book & online, with no good prospects. Her job makes it difficult to do all the calling during office hours, hence this question.
Anyone have a good recommendation? Bonus points for a person who accepts Anthem insurance.
She is aware that she can access emergency services, but the goal is to find someone to help her before that point becomes an option.

Marilyn Wise. This site mentions addiction treatment but she is excellent at anxiety and depression. She does her billing through Humanistic Counselling and they have accepted Anthem with all of the therapists I have seen through their group over several years.
She also does a women's small group 2 hour session once a week in addition to individual therapy.
She's a very compassionate and gentle soul but very intent on getting to the heart of the matter and provides very useful tools and reading recommendations.

Jessie Moncrief. Highly recommended if you're on the west side.
