Music video with whitewater kayaking and a puppet

I'm looking for a music video and can't remember the artist or title for the life of me. It has a guy paddling whitewater in a kayak camouflaged in branches with a Muppet-like puppet. I think he was playing a banjo and also paddled with it. If memory serves, it was filmed in Nova Scotia and it's about 4-5 years old. My toddler has been asking to see kayaking videos and I think he'd love this one! I remember liking the song, too. Thanks for any help!
