Help a friend manage old facebook posts after a breakup

My friend just had a breakup and wants to know if there is an app to manage Facebook posts to help her wipe the boyfriend material without having to review all of it.

I haven't used it, but this is supposed to do just that: killswitchapp

Facebook has this function built in. It's called "take a break from this person", and it's one of the options you get if you click block on someone. It's pretty configurable and lets you remain friends. Click block on someone, and you'll be able to look at all the options.
