Program-specific taskbar button grouping in Windows 7?

Windows 7 taskbar has a setting on how button combining works - never combine / combine when taskbar is full, always combine. Is it possible, whether natively or with an external program, to make this program-specific? For example, if I wanted to have Outlook windows not-combined, but Firefox sessions combined?
