Domestic cleaning agencies in central London likely to hire a retiree?

Asking for a friend who is a fit 65 and is needs casual employment as a cleaner. The catch: she has no formal cleaning experience or references. What central London agencies might hire without experience and/or offer training?
I have searched exhaustively online and there are several great options but my friend is of the generation not comfortable with the Internet so I'm looking for recommendations directly from Londoners.
She'll thrive given a chance to gain some experience (she's managed a huge estate of her own in the past and has many housekeeping skills) but she is stuck in the experience-lack feedback loop at the moment. I'm not a Londoner myself, but hoping someone out there might know of a smaller agency that deals in more in quality, word-of-mouth, and less on internet applications.
