I need to make a Moose call

How do I add audio of a moose call to a video of a moose sculpture with its head bobbing?

I have a 3 second video of this moose on my iPhone to which I'd like to add an audio recording of a moose call. I couldn't find an accurate picture online, but there is a rope one can pull to make the sculpture's head bob and it's mouth open. Is there an app or other editing tool I can use on my phone to easily accomplish merging these two items?

Response by poster: Ugh! I actually know the difference between it's and its but seem to have missed the window to edit.
