iTunes won't accept my podcast. What am I doing wrong?

I've been fighting with this for so many days that I'm starting to not see straight ... but iTunes Podcasts Connect says that it can't accept my feed. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
The podcast is question is at my website, in my profile, and here's the specific URL that Wordpress tells me is the "series feed URL": http://www.jamesbickers.com/feed/podcast/you-matter
But iTunes tells me:
"No episodes exist in your feed" (there are six episodes there)
"Can’t submit your feed. There is no category tag in your feed, or the category tag is empty." (In the WP dashboard, categories are thoroughly tagged for the series.)
I'm lost ... what am I doing wrong here?

Response by poster: OK, I've turned off redirection, so Feedburner shouldn't be an issue at all now ...

When I go to http://www.jamesbickers.com/feed/podcast/you-matter I get a 302 moved temporarily.
Is Wordpress generating your podcast? Is there some kind of plugin involved?

Response by poster: I am using the "Seriously Simple Podcasting" plugin (https://www.seriouslysimplepodcasting.com) which came highly regarded by a bunch of folks. Do I just have it plugged-in wrong?

It might take 48hrs for that redirect to stop? "Redirect podcast feed to new URL:
Select this option to activate the redirect. This will inform all podcasting services that your podcast has moved and 48 hours after you have saved this option it will permanently redirect your feed to the new URL."
It's a little bit hard to evaluate what might not be plugged-in right without looking at the settings.

Apple has a support email address for podcasters: PodcastSupport@apple.com
There's also a general podcast provider info and FAQ page here
and you may already have read this, but here's submission status help

Two things: that error message is referring to iTunes categories, not Wordpress categories. In the Seriously Simple Podcasting feed setup there is a place to select iTunes categories.
"No episodes exist in your feed" indicates to me that there is a problem with the file enclosure. What types of files are these, how are you attaching them to posts, are they actually showing up in the feed?
You can try running your feed through Feed Validator.
Also, as an aside, why are you using Feedburner at all?
