What the font is this?

I need help identifying the font in this set of posters. Snowflakes inside.

As part of a final project for one of my classes, I'd like to produce French versions of the posters in the link. (I've been told by my professors that this sort of academic work falls under fair use, but feel free to correct me.)

I've attempted looking for the font, but all the sites I've tried so far haven't led anywhere, and the actual designer never responded to my email. Does anyone know what font is used, and if anything similar is available for free/cheap? TIA!

Best answer: The closest match from what the font seems to be Agency Gothic Light

Just to followup about fair use - yes, you should be fine, as long as you're not going to sell this artwork.

Definitely from the Agency Gothic family.
Asgalt is far too rounded (compare the cap G)

You'll be happy to know that there is a program that helps identify fonts. And it is literally called What the Font.
