Where did this light fixture come from?

Look familiar?

I need to buy an extra light fixture that is identical to this one. Can anyone ID where it came from?

It is an "island light" and hangs suspended from the ceiling.

Best answer: I am pretty darned sure that I have seen that at Home Depot and Lowe's.
