I cannot find an Exact Step by Step guid to moce bitscoins from an Exhange to my Blockchain wallet. I'm using Quadriga and bought some bit coins, but I can't figure out to move them to my wallet. I have some "addresses" issued from Blockchain, and maybe Quadriga(?) I guess my first question, do I "push" (sell) my coins from the exchange account to my wallet?

Best answer: When I've done it with coinbase, I've done more or less the following:

1. Download a bitcoin client. Multibit is fine.
2. Create a bitcoin address with the client
3. Buy some bitcoin; it is credited to your account on Coinbase / the exchange
4. Tell the exchange to please send your bitcoin to the address created in step 2). You're withdrawing BTC from your account on the exchange.
5. Wait a bit and eventually the money appears in your wallet.

Response by poster: Thanks BungaDunga. That was enough for me to muddle through it.
