Slow paced, new cafes/restaurants/bars in Brussels, for a veggie?

I've not visited for over a year, and haven't ventured much outside the city centre - so where can I go and write a book with wifi and good food?

I'll be in Brussels for a week mid-April; I've visited multiple times but generally only for short breaks and I haven't been for over a year, so I'm specifically looking for reccomendations for places that have opened recently, or are in the suburbs (accessible by public transport).
I'm supposed to be writing a book (in reality probably just consuming my own bodyweight in beer, coffee, cheese with celery salt and waffles while reading novels), so places where I can hang out, ideally with wifi are what I'm really after, plus reccs. for veggie diners.
Please assume I'm familiar with everywhere obvious within walking distance of the Grand Place.

No answers yet? I had lunch at the Peppermint Tea Room two or three years ago and it was very good. Here is their Facebook page. I am pretty sure they had veggie food but no idea on the wifi, and it is within walking distance of the Grand Place but I'm not sure if it counts as obvious. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
