Help me find a low-cost or sliding scale therapist in Richmond, VA

After a completely sleepless, panicky night spent crying into my pillow, I realize I need
help controlling my anxiety disorder. I am uninsured (until January) so low cost is essential, but I want to see a good therapist trained in CBT or a similar modality...bonus points if you know a provider who would be friendly to monogamish relationship situations, but I know that might be pushing it. Thanks for your help MeFites. I'm tired of the struggle...
This isn't specific to your location, but if you know the type of insurance you will have in January, I'd suggest finding a therapist that will take your future insurance. That way you don't have to start over with finding a new therapist on your plan once you are insured.

I'd recommend checking with the Fan Free Clinic.
I also have personal experience with the folks at Richmond Creative Counseling, although not specifically for anxiety issues. They have a number of counselors who work with LGBTQ clients; I wouldn't be surprised if they also have experience re: monogamish relationships. RCC has reduced-fee rates and also take a whole lot of insurance (for when you have it).
