Mushido?

At the end of this article, the guy mentions "You want to achieve the Japanese state of mushido". My google-fu (and various search engines' insistence on "Did you mean Bushido?") is weak. Anyone have any pointers to this elusive-in-more-ways-than-one Mushido?

Best answer: I think he means mushin no shin.

Best answer: He likely means Mushindo, not mushido. I see a lot of google hits for Mushindo Aikido schools when I search for Mushindo, instead of mushido.
