Font ID help

A friend is trying to remember the name of the font she used in her logo. Do any of you recognize it? I tried Identifont and WhatTheFont but had no luck.

"I downloaded a free font from someplace like dafonts or 1001fonts (or other?) and created my Vim and Vixen logo (below). The problem is that the computer I created it on is no longer accessible and I have no recollection what the name of the font is or where I got it. I remember that the extra curly dingle-hoppers were included as extras and the small "and" was in place of the & sign in the alpha-coding. I've been through several sites but no luck so far." Thanks!
