How can i push out email signatures to all staff?

I want to frequently request/require a group of people to update their email signature for their business email (run on gmail). I also want to make it as easy as possible.
I'd like to reduce the amount of hassle this will be for the employees. Changing sigs in gmail is a pain; I don't even like to do it myself. Since we share a google email domain, is there anyway for me to "push out" a signature or tagline for a signature to all accounts? Or create encoded signatures that basically pull the latest tagline from some central repository that I update? Any ideas are welcome.

Does the signature need to be different for each user, or the same for everyone? If it's the latter, this help page seems to show how to automatically append a footer at the domain level.

I would use GAM and these are directions for setting a user/group/all user's signatures.
