Google doesn't want my money. But I need to pay them for a domain name.

This is pretty frustrating, but maybe its just me. I set up a blog through Google's Blogger two years ago. I also purchased a domain name for it from Google back then. Its been charging my credit card the past two years no problem. But now I have a new credit card and I want to update the billing info accordingly. So I login to the email I used to set up the blog. There is something called My Accounts but I don't see credit card info there. From email that Google sent me in previous billings, it says I should go to the Google Admin Console with a link provided. Ok, so i click the link and it...

... says: "You need to use a Google Apps account to log into Google Admin Console. Sign into a Google Apps account to access Google Admin." Except I don't recall ever having an Apps account. I decided to try creating one, but it's clearly the wrong route because it assumes I don't already have a domain name with Google. So wtf?
Anyhow, I've spent close to an hour futzing about and googling etc. Where do I go from here. Help!

Best answer: I have been through this nightmare with Google several times, and ended up losing a domain because I just... couldn't... log in. This is a problem for many, many people, and Google never fixes it. They have zero tech support too, and they'll just direct you to their forums or they'll give you instructions that are outdated and don't work. My contempt for their operations runs deep.

I can't seem to find the exact instructions that got me through this nightmare last time (thus I am most likely doomed to repeat the cycle eventually) but I remember it involved signing in as bloggeradmin@(your domain name goes here).

Note: Google is not my domain registrar, but I do have a Google Apps account for my vanity domain.

I go to https://admin.google.com, log in with the account at that vanity domain that I specified as the admin, and I'm good to go.

(On preview, the link odinsdream gave forwards to admin.google.com)

Response by poster: Ok, thanks for the help folks! I think I cracked it thanks to the hint given by Ursula.
I logged into bloggeradmin@mydomain.com, it's the admin acct directly associated with the blog. I then selected "forgot password" which sent a pwd reset to my original gmail account (that had been hooked into the blog). Phew!
