Quiet Sex Punishments?

What are some ways my sex partner (male) can punish me (female) that are quiet?
We've enjoyed spanking but are afraid it can be overheard. Other activities we include are hair pulling, nipple twisting, and withholding orgasm all of which are much quieter than spanking (which is surprisingly loud even if it's not that hard). Riding crop/floggers are also surprisingly echo-y in quiet spaces. Invest in rugs for the floor/sound dampening things for the walls.

Caning might be quieter?
Holding awkward positions & letting the strain on your body work against you (I.e. Some forms of predicament bondage)
Holding a quarter to the wall with your nose (potentially while other "awful" things are being done to you - if the quarter falls, you've "failed")
Wartenberg wheel is quiet, if you can be!
Pressure points
you could use clothespins (or make a zipper from them, so you can use multiple at once)

Is this not what ball gags were invented for with a safe signal? In any case, hot wax and waxing; shaving with a straight razor; binding; messy fun (yeah, it is genre blending, but hey); fruit and vegetables and maybe tickling just because that noise would be acceptable.

Size! Toys, fingers, other objects. Slow and gentle, lots of lube. This is what we came up with when my partner wanted punishment, but I was uneasy with spanking and such.

Ice cubes. Be bold.
Electric fly swats - the ones that look like tennis racquets with wire mesh. There are quite a lot of electro-shock toys, but these are cheap, safe and effective.
Crocodile/alligator clips. Like nipple clamps, but with a wider applicability. An extra twist is for the submissive partner to receive orders while at work prior to returning home to put such things on and then continue with normal office business. How prior? Who knows, eh?
