Looking for Cape May, NJ artist name

Attn Jersey Shore beach bums -- can't remember the name of an artist in Cape May, NJ in the Washington Mall area. His "paintings" are specially processed digital photos. I can't remember the name of the process or the artist. Anyone happen to know?
