Visiting Belgium after Senegal: Will I need Yellow Fever Certification?

Soon, I'll be going to Dakar for <48 hours, followed by a few days in Belgium, before returning to the US. I've completely flaked on travel vaccinations, and the trip is getting close. I'm current on the more standard immunizations. I don't think that Belgium requires a yellow fever certificate, but I'm not completely sure. Any suggestions?

According to this document from the WHO in 2013, you will not need a certificate to enter Belgium. But you will need one to enter Senegal if you are arriving from another country that has a risk of yellow fever or if you will have traveled through another airport where there is a risk of yellow fever.
