Change starting address on Google Maps on iPhone - plea from a stranger

At my business I received an email from a customer who is trying to navigate using their iPhone. Some strange text is in the default starting location in Google Maps, and they are 70 and don't know how to change it to their actual home address.

The strange text is the name of my business, so somehow they thought maybe we had something to do with this and/or could help. Of course we didn't and couldn't have, but rather than just say "No and good luck" I thought I would see if anyone knows the answer.

They provided the detail that it's an iPhone 5c IOS 8.5.1. I presume they are using Safari.

I don't have this phone, can't find an answer on Google, and probably can't get any more details from the person. Any takers?

Response by poster: Thank you!

I think that's enough so everyone else can disregard.

Their need seemed to be time-sensitive so I don't think further answers will be used.
