Trying to identify a movie.

I'm looking for a movie I saw a while ago. (It's not Enemy Mine.)
It was a pretty low budget scifi movie involving a war between aliens and humans.
It was a scifi movie, involving a war between humans and aliens. It took place in the desert (mountains of Arizona or Nevada, maybe?)
The aliens were tracking a human who had crash landed on the planet. Maybe they had also crashed?
There was a lot of infighting between the aliens.
The twist at the end was that the human was the last human alive, and when he dies, so does the human race. One of the final scenes is his ship burning up in the atmosphere.
The human was bearded, Scandinavian.
