Ski machine that moves?

I saw someone riding an exercise machine like this down the road. Is this a product for sale or is there an Instructable or anything?
It's not an Elliptigo. The Elliptigo has a bicycle-style steering wheel, and what I saw had the two poles for arm exercise. I also think this one had four wheels, not just two.

Try googling phrases like elliptical bike, standing bike, hybrid bike, etc. and there are many different pedals and arms, depending on what exactly you want.

Response by poster: Looking at the pictures, StreetStrider looks like what I saw.
Trying phrases was how I got the elliptigo, but I was sure that wasn't it because what I saw had the arm poles.
