Delivery-capable Florist in DC (Petworth Area)?

It's my girlfriend's birthday, and since I can't be there in person, I'd like to get some flower delivered to her house in Petworth. Any MeFite-approved recommendations that can do delivery?

Little Shop of Flowers has been my go-to for something like a decade. Always very fresh and beautifully put together.

Best answer: Haven't used them, but Urbanstems is less expensive than traditional florists and is well-reviewed, but has a limited selection.

If you can't find a short notice delivery I live in Petworth and would be happy to pick up an order and deliver them, shoot me a memail.

Best answer: I'll second Urbanstems; they list DC Metro Area, so there's no reason they wouldn't deliver to Petworth. I used them recently to send my wife flowers for the first warm day of Spring, and was really pleased with them. They even sent me a picture of the flowers outside the address as confirmation.

Yes I received these flowers and they were very nice! I would go with this one.

The florists who use the FTD network tend to get to know each other... if you place the order through your local FTD florist, they may be able to recommend a florist in Petworth.

Response by poster: Thanks, folks! I went with Urbanstems, and they were very well-received.
