I want a T-shirt of this!

Is this picture a t-shirt?

Saw the picture and thought it would make the perfect present for a friend, if it is a shirt. Looked at many links from google but can not find it. Does anybody have an idea where I might be able to get it? I did find one site that also mentions the picture and says on it that it is a patch send from Iraq. Not to say that this comment was wrong, but it does not look like a patch to me.

Response by poster: I am still looking and saw that the comment I mentioned above does point to a picture of a patch with the same image. Sorry about that.

It probably wouldn't be too hard to get one made. This thread has links to a bunch of places that'll print whatever you want on a t-shirt.

Response by poster: I mailed Mr. Doctorow. I do not read boingboing. But I have heard about the site. It is pretty big right? Do not think he will email back then, but I will wait.

I love the link to the other thread, but to copy somebody else his/ her design, make it into a T-shirt and send it to Iraq, while I have the feeling it originates in Iraq, is just a bit much. If I could order it on one of the many T-shirt shops online it would have been his.
