Desktop computing! On a budget! In Australia!

I'm looking for a desktop (tower) PC of solid quality that can be purchased and delivered to my house for less than $1000 in Sydney, Australia. Can you recommend any?

I would be using it primarily for programming work, doing stuff in Photoshop and Illustrator, and watching downloaded TV shows and movies. I would like it to run a Windows OS (7 or 8 are fine). It should not have to come with a monitor, keyboard, or mouse. It should have at least 6 USB ports inbuilt and an HDMI port. Can you recommend anything that fits the bill?

I don't really want to build my own.

Thanks, MeFites!

I've bought an ex-government PC from Recompute in Bankstown, which I had them upgrade to my spec (with a video card). I'd recommend them if you can stand to buy a refurbished machine. It'll almost certainly leave you with plenty of change from a grand.

I usually use CPL for all PC related stuff. You can select every last component & they will build & deliver for a small fee.
