Where to Watch Eurovision

I'm looking for suggestions as to the best place to watch Eurovision in Europe this year.

A) I'm based in Belgium, but I'm happy to travel and make a weekend of it.
B) I'm a young, female traveller, and I'll be alone. I'm reasonably safety conscious, but I'm a pretty experienced solo traveller.
C) I speak English, and my French isn't bad.

I'd like to meet some new people, rather than sit on my own in a bar.
