Is this site legitimate?

Is this a legitimate site? I can't find anything online to suggest that it isn't, but at the same time I can't find any reviews suggesting that it isn't, either. Thanks!

Best answer: The site looks OK, but it's really hard to know, unless you can find some people who actually used it. scamadviser.com rates it as 75% likely to be trustworthy, based on its newness and the fact that it's registered in Bulgaria.
