CBT in Istanbul?

I have a friend in Istanbul who is depressed. Do therapists do cognitive-behavioral therapy there? If so, can you recommend someone? Any other therapist recommendations would be appreciated as well, but CBT is preferred.

Response by poster: Want to clarify- I do not mean to suggest that Turkey is some 3rd world country without modern therapy. I know there are regional variations in what therapy modalities are practiced, even in the US. I also know that some therapists call what they do CBT and actually practice more psychodynamic talk therapy. We're looking for a solid CBT practitioner.

I know English speakers in the İstanbul time zone who work with therapists in the US via Skype/Google Hangout. It's worth asking if you have a good US-based CBT therapist in mind.
