The best books on providing exceptional customer / client service

Please recommend great books about exceptional customer service / client service. In my business (staffing), we must provide great service to both clients and to candidates. I have a new recruiter who is new to the industry and doing great. I want our branch focus this year to be differentiating ourselves from our competitors by being phenomenal with both groups that we work with.

I've read through the answers from this question but I would love additional examples from the hivemind.

With that in mind, books that would interest me include:
-Great customer service for the general public (i.e. shopping at Nordstrom's vs. Kohl's) and examples of how these policies were implemented
-Great client service in an industry where we have the ability to meet face-to-face with our customers
-Any other great reads about positive customer/client service experiences
