Website template to show a video portfolio?

I'd like to make a portfolio of videos. Can you help me find a template to use?

Ideally the site will look like this:

- A page of good-sized YouTube video thumbnails, laid out in a grid of about 3 wide
- A short paragraph of text underneath each video that is not cut off with a fold.
- Clicking any thumbnail will open the video into a full-sized player which will start playing immediately
- A big custom banner across the top
- A few navigator tabs for text-based information on separate pages
- A clean, spare, graphic, well-designed overall look. (Think ad-agency portfolio.)

I would like this to be a template that's easy to modify. Wordpress is what I'm used to, but I'm open to others.
I don't mind paying for it.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Literally every WP theme with a portfolio section will do all of that. Are you having some specific trouble?

Have a look at themeforest.net.
